We're joining New France Brewing Company and Abstract Realm Brewing Co for their weekend-long Oktoberfest celebration with some sausage-making (and beers)!
Presented by our in-house butchery team, this sausage-making workshop will teach you about the many different types of sausage and their production.
The workshop will go through the process from start to finish -- from meat selection to consumption and discuss different ways to create flavorful sausages.

Along with the above, during the workshop, you'll receive a reusable beer stein and 2 complimentary beers to enjoy from New France Brewing Company.
Upon completion of the workshop, you'll go home with that beer stein and your creations to cook up for a meal later.
This in-person workshop will take place in Hazelwood at New France Brewing Company (in Hazelwood Brew House).
