For February, we’re excited to feature our own Chef Instructors and Production Chefs, led by our Executive Chef, Bruce Harris, as the featured Guest Chefs.

Our chefs spend their days teaching our culinary students while also ensuring that thousands of Community Meals are produced, in addition to catering orders, and anything else food-related.

On this evening, they’ll have the freedom to showcase their culinary creativity and talents for our lucky guests with a Mardi Gras-themed menu.

Call us a little biased, but you can rest assured that the menu will be fabulous.

PLEASE NOTE that will be a fixed menu, and while we do our best to accommodate guests regarding food allergies, menu substitutions may not be possible. Please keep in mind that our kitchen is not a nut-free facility.

A Little About Our Guest Chef Dinners:
In our commercial and training kitchen, Guest Chef Dinner events give our culinary training students the opportunity to work with chefs from across Pittsburgh and gain valuable work experience, and perhaps new techniques from the featured Guest Chefs, who volunteer their time and talents for their dinner event.
Proceeds from these events go right back into our nonprofit's culinary training, job placement, and Community Meals programming
