Join us on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 28th for for our FIRST VEGAN Guest Chef Dinner Event!
APTEKA's co-chef and co-owner, Tomasz Skowronski, will be joining our kitchen for the evening to work with our students to prepare and present a delicious multi-course meal, featuring vegan Central and Eastern European dishes.
Taste why the New York Times in listed them in their “The Restaurant List” and “Best Restaurant Dishes” in 2022; and why they were recognized as semi-finalists in 2022 and finalists in 2023 and 2024 for the James Beard Award for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic.
This event will take place at our facility in Hazelwood on Wednesday, August 28th, beginning at 5:30pm ET.
The (Rough) Menu is as follows:
1st Course: Faszerowane Papryki (Stuffed Peppers)
2nd Course: Barszcz Ukrainski (Ukrainian Borscht)
3rd Course: Pierogi (Potato + Cabbage Pierogi)
4th Course: Ciasto z Morela (Cake w/ Apricots)
